A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen their team. Highly experienced, their capabilities include Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical and Civil & Structural Engineering working across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, retail, health, education, public sector and residential. Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager: * Day-to-day delivery of projects ranging from £50K to £1M. * Developing the project management strategy and delivery * Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projects * Attending and chairing meetings * Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress * Developing, growing and maintaining client relationships Skills & Experience of the Project Manager: * Relevant construction related degree * Commercially astute with good negotiation skills * Flexible and can work to deadlines * Ability to successfully manage and prioritise multiple projects * JCT and NEC experience * Self motivated * Client facing * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Salary & Benefits: * £50K - £65K * Private medical insurance * Dental insurance * Options to buy and sell holiday * Life insurance * Travel insurance * Professional subscription paid
