You will be planning lessons that create an inspiring safe and supportive classroom environment where building your students’ confidence in using language is your primary concern.After a summer of working as an EF Teacher, you will enhance your teaching knowledge and experience by working with a team of diverse teachers and academic management. You will be adaptable and capable of solving various issues without hesitation. Working in an academic environment, you will have seen how students grow in their language, make new friends and create summer memories that last a lifetime.
Watching a classroom of different nationalities bond and their language flourish, is rewarding for experienced and novice teachers alike, which is what brings so many of our teachers back year on year.Responsibilities
1. Deliver general English and special interest courses
2. Next to planning and teaching classes, you are also responsible for tracking attendance and attending all teacher meetings.
3. Mark students’ work
4. Participate in peer observation programmes
5. Write student reports when required
6. Act as an ambassador for EF
Requirements
7. Available to work in July2025
8. TEFL or CELTA (or equivalent) qualified
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Sensitive to the needs of international students
11. Demonstrates a high level of customer service
12. Has strong administrative and organisational skills
13. All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS checkand two references
14. Right to work in the UK
15. C2 level of English
