Employee Relations Leader (EMEA)
A fantastic opportunity has just gone live with a global, high-growth organisation for an experienced Employee Relations leader to take ownership of their EMEA ER function.
📍 Location: London (1 Finsbury Avenue) or Dublin
đź“… Contract: 12-month contract
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll:
* Lead and develop a team of ER Partners across EMEA
* Own and deliver the regional ER strategy
* Handle complex, multi-country ER matters across key markets including Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain and more
* Partner closely with Legal, HR, Compliance and senior stakeholders
* Drive insights-led interventions, training and best practice across the region
* Build strong relationships with Works Councils and employee representative bodies
💡 We’re looking for someone who:
* Has deep expertise in European employee relations and labour law
* Has led complex ER cases across multiple jurisdictions
* Brings strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Is confident managing Works Council relationships
* Ideally holds CIPD (or equivalent) and additional European language skills
