Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Relevant qualification or relative experience within the job description environment eg PRINCE 2, Apprenticeship in Project Management or PM Lite
2. Evidence of specialist knowledge and expertise and experience in project support with a general awareness about project management methodologies.
Experience
Essential criteria
3. Extensive experience of operating in a project management/ PMO support role
4. Experience of working within a change and transformational environment
5. Working experience of Portfolio, Programme and Project support/ administration services including project planning, document maintenance and reporting writing
6. Experience of working collaboratively across organisational and administrative boundaries
Technical
Essential criteria
7. Intermediate/ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
8. Ability to analyse situations and to provide a resolution
9. Strong planning skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines
10. Demonstrable ability to prioritise effectively and manage conflicting demands
Knowledge

11. Knowledge of a full range of project and general administrative procedures
12. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
