The Role
As a Driver/Valet, you’ll be the friendly face of Steer in Lincoln. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customer vehicles are collected, delivered, and presented to the highest standards. Whether you’re on the road or supporting the team onsite, you’ll uphold the service and values that set Steer apart.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time
Perform basic checks (fuel, cleanliness, visible damage)
Accurately complete vehicle handover and documentation
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Provide friendly, professional service with every customer interaction
Assist with vehicle movement and yard organisation onsite
What We’re Looking For
Full UK driving licence with a clean record
Great attention to detail and a pride in presentation
Positive, customer-focused attitude
Punctual, reliable, and responsible
Previous experience in valeting or vehicle delivery (desirable but not essential)
