Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an organised and customer-focused HR Resourcing Administrator to join the HR Resourcing Team, based at Portland House in Worthing.
You will be part of a team responsible for delivering an efficient and high-quality recruitment service, helping ensure the Trust attracts and appoints the right people to support our services.
About the role
Working within the HR Resourcing Department, you will support the full recruitment process from vacancy approval through to issuing contracts.
You will work closely with recruiting managers and candidates to ensure recruitment is delivered smoothly and in line with Trust policies and NHS Employment Check Standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting managers to advertise vacancies in a timely way
• Managing recruitment activity through the TRAC recruitment system
• Assisting managers with shortlisting and interview arrangements
• Responding to enquiries from candidates and managers
• Administering safer recruitment pre-employment checks including DBS and professional registration
• Preparing contracts and statements of terms and conditions
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and electronic staff files
• Ensuring recruitment processes move efficiently through each stage
• Supporting recruitment campaigns and events where required
