Day to Day Duties
Working as an Administrator for our client your duties will be:
* Speaking
* Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.
* Process incoming and outgoing shipment documentation (e.g. delivery notes, invoices, and dispatch records).
* Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
* Monitor stock levels and support inventory control, including stock checks and cycle counts.
* Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Prepare and maintain reports on stock movements, order fulfilment, and warehouse performance.
* Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and relevant regulations.
* Support the warehouse team with scheduling, booking deliveries, and data entry tasks.
* Assist in investigating delivery discrepancies, returns, or inventory issues.
* Promote a safe and organized working environment by ensuring adherence to health & safety standards.
Essential Skills
As an Administrator it is essential that you:
* Proficient in Microsoft package
* Communication skills
* Writing skills
Desirable Skills
* Previous administration skills or related field
