The Group Commercial Office will be integral to the future development of the customer proposition and the commercial success of the combined business. As a Product Performance Manager in the Homes team, the role holder will play a central role in developing and delivering pricing strategies that ensures strong commercial performance and customer outcomes. Working closely with the Lead Performance Manager, theyll shape pricing decisions that balance margin, risk, balance sheet sustainability and customer growth. The role holder will support the production of the annual strategic plan and ongoing forecasts that inform pricing decisions and value stream objectives. These forecasts will ensure commercial plans are both ambitious, achievable and support the delivery of the Groups targets. Alongside pricing and forecasting, develop high - quality performance analysis and insight to track business performance, identify risks and opportunities and produce evidence - based pricing proposals aligned to the Groups growth ambitions. This role sits at the heart of product pricing and forecasting, building strong, trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across teams including product, commercial, finance, treasury and insight. Through clear communication and collaboration, it aligns stakeholders and manages expectations to ensure decisions are well understood.
