This role involves batch manufacturing of products and working closely with the production team to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You’ll retrieve, weigh, and mix/react chemical ingredients, monitor equipment, and record process information. Maintaining workplace safety, compliance, and housekeeping are critical aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: * Follow all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality regulations. * Manufacture products according to batch sheets and specifications, reporting deviations immediately. * Make accurate process adjustments as instructed by the laboratory staff. * Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner. * Operate forklifts as needed (subject to licensing). * Report incidents promptly using the appropriate systems. * Assist with monitoring raw materials and preparing finished products for warehouse movement. * Participate in design and hazard reviews.
