Shared Services Coordinator
£35,000 | 6‑Month Fixed-Term Contract, may be extended
Based in Aberdeen | Onsite Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Shared Services Coordinator to join our clients team on a 6‑month fixed-term contract, providing essential administrative support across the HR and HSE functions of the business.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR and HSE teams
Maintain accurate employee and HSE records and documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with HR and HSE reporting, audits, and compliance activities
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and related logistics
Act as a central point of contact for internal queries relating to HR and HSE administration
About You
Previous experience in an administrative or shared services coordination role
Exposure to HR and/or HSE environments is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
