Looking for a role where every day feels meaningful?
A welcoming and vibrant primary school in South Gloucestershire is looking for a flexible Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a school where learning is lively, relationships matter, and every child is encouraged to feel proud of who they are and what they can achieve.
The school believes children learn best when they feel valued, supported, and excited about the world around them. Staff work together to create a positive environment where kindness, curiosity and confidence grow side by side.
The role
You’ll work alongside class teachers to support pupils across the day, helping children stay engaged, confident and ready to learn. No two days are the same. One moment you might be supporting a small group with reading, the next helping a child build their confidence or encouraging teamwork during an activity.
You’ll be part of a school community that believes every child can make a positive difference and that learning should be inspiring, challenging and enjoyable.

* A broad and engaging curriculum that encourages curiosity and creativity
What they’re looking for
* Someone flexible, positive and happy to jump in where needed
* A calm, supportive approach with children
* Experience working with children is helpful, but enthusiasm and care matter just as much
* Someone who enjoys being part of a team and helping young learners grow in confidence
