A warm and nurturing primary school in the Worcester Area is looking to recruit a proactive, caring and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately!
The role:
As a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will be an essential part of the classroom, supporting the classroom teacher and helping create a positive engaging learning environment
* Delivering one-to-one and small-group support
* Assisting with planning, delivering, and reviewing lessons
* Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom setting
* Supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEND and EAL
* Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to effective classroom routines
* Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
About you:
We are looking for someone who can bring not only enthusiasm but dedication and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
You will have:
* Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school
* A positive, can-do attitude and a love for supporting learning
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
