About the role:
Provide one-to-one or small group tuition to students with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs
Deliver tailored lessons that support academic progress and personal development
Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles and needs
Work closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure consistent support
Monitor and report on student progressThe ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs
A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach
Strong behaviour management skills
Relevant teaching or tutoring experience (QTS is desirable but not essential)
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)What we offer:
