Based in Chester, UK, your primary focus is getting new Enterprise & Maritime customers onboard and taking care of the existing ones. You will be supported with Inside Sales and Technical Support based in Netherlands to manage the whole sales process. Travel may be required depending on business needs due to local and global customers and partners.
Responsibilities
* Account Management: establish yourself as the go-to person for new and existing Enterprise & Maritime customers by communicating our wide range of solutions to targeted stakeholders, understand customer challenges, and manage the sales process from onboarding to after-sales management.
* Solution Selling: own the whole sales cycle from understanding requirements, creating solutions, providing quotes, closing orders, and handing over all sales information with 100% accuracy to implementation teams based in the Netherlands.
* New Business Development: develop new opportunities from leads through network, referrals, and marketing efforts; educate prospects on products and services and convert them into long-term customers.
* Excellent Collaborator: work with the Head of Sales – Enterprise & Maritime, Solution Engineer, Service Delivery Coordinator, Procurement Manager, Sales Coordinator, Finance, and third-party partners on technical presentations and presales briefings.
If you-
* are customer-centric and sales-driven (commission-based), detail-oriented, organized, and take a hands-on approach to solution-building for customers and partners
* have excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
* have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in Enterprise and/or Maritime)
* have a bachelor’s degree
* have familiarity with IT/Telecom sector services and IP networking (not required but highly advantageous)
