The role
A Production Supervisor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will ensure the efficient production of vehicles is carried out including the supervision of manpower and allocation of work in an efficient and cost-effective way.
Day-to-day, you will manage a team of technicians, fitters and fabricator welders to ensure company targets are met. You will also:
* Manage and supervise health, safety and environment (HS&E) within their defined areas of responsibility
* Record the accurate recording of Accident and Near Misses on the Synergi Life platform
* Identify hazards and risk assessment development or review
* Carry out effective supervision of employees to ensure that the Health and Safety Legislative and Company Health standards are maintained at all times
This role is full time working 40 hours per week and is based on site at Walsall.
Essential experience of the Production Supervisor:
* Strong experience form an automotive background
* Proven experience in a management role within a fast paced automotive production environment
* Experience working in a production line environment
* Experience of leading groups of people
