We’re looking for ambitious, forward‑thinking graduates to join our Mortgage Services Graduate Programme, based in our brand‑new Milton Keynes offices in Witan Gate. The Programme
This 12‑month rotational programme offers real exposure, responsibility and development. You’ll rotate across key areas of our Mortgage and Insurance business, including:
Mortgage Operations
Insurance Operations
Quality & Assurance
Business Development
Marketing
Projects & Analytics
Working closely with experienced leaders, you’ll build a broad commercial understanding, develop confidence and capability, and be supported to grow into a future leadership role within Connells Group.
