Overview
Strategic Reward & Benefits Lead for a major local FMCG employer, sourced by Mackie Myers.
Base pay range
Approx. £85,000 plus a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities
 * Lead the development and delivery of the company’s reward strategy and roadmap.
 * Partner with the talent and early careers team to align reward with talent attraction and retention.
 * Collaborate closely with the L&D team to embed learning into reward initiatives.
 * Coordinate key projects with the HR Director to achieve reward objectives.
 * Utilise data analytics to inform senior management decisions.
Qualifications
 * Proven experience as a reward specialist with a track record of continuous improvement.
 * Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
