About the Role
A leading technology services organization is building a modern, consulting-led Cyber Security practice and is seeking Director-level talent to help drive its growth. This senior leadership role will focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM), cyber regulatory readiness (including DORA), and secure cloud enablement. Ideal candidates will blend deep domain expertise with commercial acumen and a strong ability to engage C-level stakeholders across large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on secure cloud adoption strategies, ensuring IAM and cyber resilience are foundational to digital transformation initiatives.
* Lead the delivery of complex security transformation programmes, with a focus on IAM and compliance with regulatory frameworks such as DORA and NIS2.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and boards, effectively translating technical risk into strategic business implications.
* Drive business development efforts—shaping propositions, building strong relationships, and winning new engagements.
* Support the growth of the Cyber Resiliency, Network & Edge Security practice by recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
* Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and build a visible presence in the market through industry events, published content, and collaboration.
* Assist in expanding offshore delivery capabilities and optimizing delivery models.
* Bring industry-specific insight—particularly across financial services, insurance, and utilities—to inform and shape client solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
* Extensive experience in cyber security, preferably gained within a consulting or advisory environment.
* Deep knowledge of cyber regulations and experience operationalising compliance and readiness.
* Proven expertise in IAM—whether through programme implementation, framework advisory, or digital identity enablement in cloud environments.
* Strong commercial skills with a proven ability to shape, sell, and win large-scale engagements.
* Experience engaging at the senior executive and board level; excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Energetic, collaborative, and driven by the challenge of building and scaling something new.
* Brings a strong professional network and/or a team—or demonstrates clear potential to build one.
Benefits
* £150,000 - £190,000 + bonus
