How will you make an impact? Monitoring inventory, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate stock record Overseeing the process of receiving incoming shipments and coordinating outbound deliveries Be the first escalation point for all other internal departments (E.g. Client Relation, Commercial, Servicing and Purchasing teams) Ensuring all standard operating procedures are applied to our day-to-day operation and kept up to date Identify and rectify problems that might arise withing the logistics activities How will you experience success with us Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload Strong management skills, with the capability to work with tight deadlines The ability to problem solves, think on your feet and come up with solutions Proven experience in working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and somebody willing to learn with a methodical and process driven in mindset Strong team management and communication skills Your journey with us Our aim is to provide you a transparent interview process from the moment you apply for the role. Final Stage: Face to Face interview with the Global Servicing & Logistics Director and HR Business Partner.
