Role: Lead Analytics Manager
Location: Hybrid — 3 days in Manchester City Centre 🏢
Salary: £55k–£65k (DOE) 💰
Our client is an ambitious scale‑up consultancy hiring a Lead Web Analyst as they enter a fast growth phase. They deliver real‑time, commercial analytics for clients via a small, agile, customer‑first team - think outcomes over agency bureaucracy. 🚀
What you’ll do
* Own client engagements end‑to‑end: scoping, delivery, presenting insights and building strong client relationships.
* Lead and line manage a small analytics team (min. 2 Analysts), providing coaching, QA and career development.
* Design and implement GA4 + Google Tag Manager solutions and measurement strategies.
* Deliver AI proof‑of‑concepts and help operationalise AI/ML insights into analytics workflows.
* Build dashboards, run analysis and translate data into clear, commercial recommendations.
* Proactively identify cross‑sell opportunities and work with the commercial team to broaden client engagements (additional products/services).
About you
* Passionate data advocate who enjoys empowering businesses with insight. ❤️
* Strong GA4 & GTM implementation experience — commercial project delivery preferred. 🛠️
* Proven people management experience (line managing at least 2 analysts or equivalent). 📚
* Experience with AI POCs or integrating AI into analytics workflows is a strong plus. 🤖
* Confident presenter — can deliver client workshops and influence stakeholders. ✅
* Commercial mindset — comfortable spotting and supporting cross‑sell opportunities.
