Client Services Coordinator
Location:Remote (UK only)
Working Hours:Part-time, minimum 15 hours per week (3 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 09:15 12:15 / 13:15 flexible but must be MondayFriday)
Salary:£14 £18 per hour (dependent on experience and age)

This is a key client-facing coordination role, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams, while maintaining high service standards across all interactions. The role is fully remote by design and will remain so.

The Role
You will play a vital role in managing client communications and supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring all client interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.

1. Email triage for the practice and reporting on response rate KPIs
