We are looking for an experienced and talented Business Development Managerto join our central sales team.

The Role

As Business Development Manager, you take ownership to maximise opportunities and increase footfall through utilising sales initiatives to achieve targets and budget sales for the area.

Responsibilities will include:

8. Responsible for the area Pre-booked sales retention and growth
9. Review your businesses current and future coming pre booked sales to drive conversion and confirmed bookings
10. Developing new business opportunities
11. Promoting multiple aspects of the venues in your area
12. Generating leads from cold calling, networking and sales leads
13. Creating Sales Packages to maximise revenue
14. Building & maintaining strong relationships with the General Managers to improve productivity, effectiveness, and the customer experience
15. Coordinating and creating promotional activity across the venues in your area
16. Working with a team of sales and events coordinators based at our call centre to deliver excellent levels of customer service and well planned and executed events and functions

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

17. Must be an enthusiastic, dedicated and hardworking individual
18. Have proactive selling experience within the hospitality sector
19. Have entrepreneurial flair and a talent for seeing a sales opportunity where others cannot
20. Have experience in running and managing a broad portfolio of events
21. Have a methodical and meticulous approach to their work
22. Be a great communicator with a passion for what they do
