* Previous cleaning/domestic experience in a paid or voluntary capacity.
* Experience of different types of cleaning equipment and materials used in cleaning/domestic and laundry capacity.
* Sufficiently fluent in English to assist tenants, their families and visitors.
* Prepared to undertake training.
