Following an Interim period the Club are now seeking to recruit a First Team Manager to build on the Club’s success, by taking responsibility for managing all on and off field football activities for the Club’s first team players and staff. As First Team manager you will be responsible for ensuring the First Team playing and coaching philosophy is aligned to the Club’s vision to be competitive at the highest sustainable level. You will drive this vision throughexceptional leadership, honest and clear communication, tactical astutenessand strategic planning. Within the first team environment you will provide clear leadership and support to players and staff through professional working relationships, creating a high performing team in an elite sporting environment with strong community values.
