The Role: In this brand new Account Executive position you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from cradle-to-grave representing an award-winning and innovative portfolio of Talent Assessment and Psychometric Testing solutions aimed at HR Departments in the UK Corporate market place. You will be typically targeting companies with circa 1,000 - 25,000 employees, performing a very consultative sales cycle and you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with some of the UK's largest companies. The Candidate: Very simply, we require successful Account Executive candidates with experience in the HR Solutions arena. We want Business Development Managers/ Account Executives who are hungry and proactive, that also have an extremely consultative nature as this is NOT an aggressive sell. You will have strong communication skills, a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn and be coached.
