We are looking for a Lead Multi Skilled Tradesperson who has experience within the following trade areas:
*Carpentry *Masonry *Painting and Decorating
*Plastering *Plumbing *Roofing *Tiling
* Kitchen and bathroom installations
It may be that you have had your own business or be working in this type of role but may not have any formal qualifications but have vast experience and on-the-job expertise. We are looking for people like you to complement our team.
You will act as on-site lead whilst providing a high quality and cost-effective improvement service to Westward customers through kitchen/bathroom fittings and external works including flat roofing, facia, soffits, guttering, rendering, painting, concreting and fencing.
You will need to participate in an emergency 'out of hours' service as required with additional standby and call out payments being paid for this service.

* Fully competent and skilled tradesperson
* Effectively leader with experience overseeing the delivery of planned works
* Excellent customer service skills and experience working with the general public
* Able to work 40 hours per week
* Hold a valid current full driving license
