The Opportunity

We’re looking for a confident, driven, and results-focused B2B Sales Executive who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is motivated by success and earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth across multiple industries and markets.


Core Responsibilities

* Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and video calls
* Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to each client’s needs and business objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers, including business owners, directors, and senior stakeholders
* Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process from first contact through to negotiation and closing
* Develop customised proposals and solutions that clearly communicate value and ROI
* Confidently handle objections and negotiate terms to secure deals
* Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, revenue targets, and activity metrics
* Maintain accurate records and pipeline management using CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams (account management, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client success

* Building a strong, consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Closing high-quality deals and exceeding revenue targets
* Developing into a trusted advisor for your clients
* Progressing into a fully‑fledged 360° sales professional


What We’re Looking For

We want someone who brings energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for sales.

* Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
* A proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
* Confidence in handling objections and negotiating effectively
* Highly self‑motivated, competitive, and target‑driven mindset
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Experience using a CRM system (preferred but not essential)
