Collaborate on the development of new, seasonal, and bespoke wedding menus that elevate the guest experience. Assist in managing kitchen operations during busy wedding services and private events. Ensure high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety are consistently maintained. Play a hands-on role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
