About the Role
This is not a traditional recruitment marketing role. We're looking for someone who can build and promote our brand, strengthen our market presence, generate commercial opportunities, and position us as the recruitment partner of choice for both clients and candidates.
You’ll be responsible for driving employer branding initiatives, creating all collateral we can use to attract and engage candidates to Seer AND compelling marketing campaigns for commercial use. You’ll be managing digital channels and supporting business development through strategic content and brand-led marketing activity.
This role would suit someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking and understands how marketing can directly contribute to business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Employer Branding & Brand Development
* Design, develop and execute strategies to establish and strengthen our employer brand and market reputation.
* Create engaging content that showcases company culture, employee success stories, client partnerships, and industry expertise.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
* Position the business as a trusted recruitment specialist within our partnered industries.
Commercial Marketing
* Create and deliver marketing campaigns that support business growth, lead generation, and client acquisition.
* Produce thought leadership content, case studies, market insights, and industry reports.
* Support delivery, sales and business development teams with marketing materials, presentations, and campaign activity.
* Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and market share within key sectors and regions.
* Track marketing performance and demonstrate return on investment through reporting and analytics.
Who We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in marketing, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or B2B marketing.
* Strong understanding of brand building and commercial marketing principles.
* Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
* Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
* Basic design and video editing skills.
* Understanding of SEO, paid social advertising, and content marketing.
* Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
* Ability to create marketing activity that supports both brand awareness and revenue growth.
* Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
* Confident working with multiple stakeholders, presenting and driving ideas that will represent the brand strategy.
* Experience within a recruitment agency environment.
* Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
