Themis Recruit is looking foran experienced Residential Conveyancer around the GreaterMerseyside area. The role will consist of dealing with a caseloadin the region of 30 cases of the sales and purchase ofResidential Property from initiation to completion. The role willalso include handling a caseload of both Leasehold and FreeholdProperty New build and Remortgages. The ideal candidate will have 2years PQE however previous experience will beconsidered.
* Managea caseload of residential conveyancing matters ensuringtransactions progress smoothly from inception tocompletion.
* Conductthorough title checks property searches and due diligence toidentify potential issues and mitigaterisks.
* Draftand review legal documents including contracts leases and transferdeeds with a keen eye for accuracy andcompliance.
* Maintaineffective communication with clients solicitors estate agents andother stakeholders to provide updates address queries and ensure apositive clientexperience.
* Handlepostcompletion tasks including registrations and stamp dutysubmissions in a timely and efficientmanner.
* Stayinformed about changes in property law regulations and industrybest practices to ensure compliance and continuous professionaldevelopment.
* Collaboratewith team members to share knowledge contribute to processimprovements and foster a collaborative workenvironment.

* Previousexperience in a conveyancingrole.
