Hours of work
* 6am to 6pm
* 6pm to 6am
Rotating shifts
* 3 on 3 off
The rate of pay is £38,000 to £40,000 per annum.
Your Time at Work
* Manage a team of staff team
* Organise and complete product changeovers
* Support the supervisor to achieve the shifts KPIs and targets
* Complete all quality control documentation accurately and clearly
* Adhere to strict food and hygiene regulations
Our Perfect Worker
* Previous team leading experience in a food manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
* Machine operating experience - ESSENTIAL
* Demonstratable stability in work history
* Strong attention to details
* Good computer skills
* Must be punctual and reliable
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
