This is a fantastic opportunity to work across both own label and branded product ranges, taking concepts from initial idea through to successful launch.
The Role:
* Manage the full NPD process from concept to launch
* Develop exciting, high-quality products across own label and branded lines
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life
* Ensure products meet quality, cost, and customer expectations
About You:
* Previous experience in a similar NPD / product development role
* A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for food innovation
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Someone who enjoys getting stuck in and making things happen
