Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
Liverpool L14 | Pay: £90–£105 per day (depending on experience) | SEN Experience Wanted

The Role
* Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language needs, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.
* Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
* Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
Ideal Candidate
* Graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Special Educational Needs, Counselling, Education, Social Work, Child Development, or a related subject.
* Alternatively, graduates in core subjects such as English, Maths, Science, or Humanities with a strong interest in SEN are encouraged to apply.
* Passionate about supporting children and young people.
* Patient, resilient, and empathetic.
* Considering a future career in Educational Psychology, Teaching, Therapy, Social Work, or Mental Health Services.
