About the Role: Whether you have experience in property, facilities, or administration, or are new to this type of role, working within the BCG Maintenance Team can be incredibly fulfilling. As an Administration Assistant (Maintenance), you will coordinate and support the smooth delivery of maintenance services across our care homes, helping to ensure safe, comfortable living environments for our residents. You will work closely with maintenance operatives, contractors, and home managers to organise repairs, planned works, and general maintenance activities. Through accurate record keeping, clear communication, and effective scheduling, you will play a vital part in supporting our homes and enabling our teams to deliver the exceptional care that is of paramount importance to BCG. About You: It is important that you have a genuine commitment to supporting our homes and the people who live and work in them. Being well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities are strong attributes of the ideal candidate. Computer literacy, accuracy, and confident communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and contractors. Experience in an administrative role is required, and experience within maintenance, facilities, or a care environment is advantageous. Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK.
