We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker / Care Manager to join our forward-thinking Adult Social Work Team within a local authority committed to delivering high-quality services. As part of a dynamic multi-agency team, you will play a key role in case management and our duty system, making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need support through assessment, plans, and reviews. You will also become a Council Officer and lead on Adult Support and Protection casework, with oversight from our Adult Protection Unit.

Essential
* Registration with the relevant professional body: Social Work, Nurse, Occupational Therapist
* 2 years post-qualifying experience in relevant field
* Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary context
* A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is essential. *If you have a disability precluding you from holding a driver’s licence, Scottish Borders Council will consider reasonable adjustments to enable you to undertake the travel responsibilities of the role.*
