Job summary – What to expect:
As a Product Marketing Senior Specialist in our UK & Ireland Marketing team, you will be responsible for one of our major growth drivers within our business, myopia management. Myopia management is an exciting emerging category which aims to slow the worsening of short-sightedness in children.
Within this role, you will support the marketing of our UK & Ireland Myopia Management business, developing plans and collateral to maximise sales and enabling CooperVision to become the partner of choice for eye care professionals (ECPs). Your responsibilities will include:
1. Being the key marketing contact for all product related support for Myopia Management for UK & Ireland
2. Proactively supporting the UK & Ireland Myopia Management business, identifying & championing opportunities within the market to maximise revenue and grow market share.
3. Acting as a Myopia Management ‘product champion’ within the UK and Ireland, ensuring all messaging is aligned to the master product messaging and positioning. Manage the development and coordination of assets & materials and supporting innovation and renovation initiatives.
4. Supporting the development of the annual UK&I Myopia Management marketing plan and product activity calendar, as well as the development of strategies to grow revenue with customers and driving successful execution in key channels working closely with the UK&I Customer Marketing team, sales and customer service functions to ensure tools and assets meet market needs and brand guidelines.
5. Working as part of the UK&I Product Brand Marketing team collaborating with UK & Ireland Customer Marketing, EMEA Marketing team, Professional Affairs and other functions in the UK & Ireland team, such as Finance, Key Accounts, Customer Services and Field Sales.
6. Ensuring we work compliantly within the Medical Device Regulations (MDR), including following the business approvals process for promotional materials.

8. Predominantly office environment with prolonged computer use, along with on- and off-site meetings with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
9. 10% domestic travel.

13. The ability to identify digital and other trends from adjacent industries and apply this to CVI.
14. The ability to multitask and be customer-focused, with a drive for results.
15. Advanced use of PowerPoint, with good working understanding of Excel and Word.
16. The ability to create simple, persuasive, commercial arguments and category stories.
17. Strong attention to detail.
Experience & Education:
18. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
19. Experience of related industries (. optical, pharmaceuticals) would be desirable.
