The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Support Technician must have:

9. MS Office troubleshooting
10. Intune device and user management
11. Desk support
12. MS Teams meeting room support (Yealink and Creston devices)
13. Laptop build through autopilot
A successful Junior IT Support Technician should have:
14. Proven experience in a similar IT support role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
15. Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
16. Familiarity with IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
17. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
18. An ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
19. A proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technology trends.
20. Less than 3 years experience
