Offer description

We are seeking a Paid Media Lead to help us redefine the music industry. We've invented a new technology to produce on-demand vinyl records and built a web platform for music creators to create and sell their products worldwide via our store at zero cost. We partner with leading record labels, streaming services, digital providers, distributors, and iconic global artists to build a global solution for physical media, but most importantly, we give small and emerging artists frictionless access to offer vinyl and CDs to their fans through our innovative solution and planned production/fulfilment centres in Europe, the USA, and Asia. The vinyl market has grown over 20% yearly for the last 16 years, and CDs are growing again for the first time in two decades. By 2030, there will be nearly 200 million music creators worldwide (with AI accelerating this even further). Most would love to have their music on vinyl or CD for friends, family, and fans, many would happily buy a record for around $30 if accessible without high costs or minimums, which our scalable on-demand tech makes possible. elasticStage delivers easy, affordable access to this booming opportunity. We are hiring an experienced Paid Media Lead to oversee and optimise our paid advertising ecosystem. In this high-impact role, you'll manage external agencies for day-to-day ad operations while owning strategy, creative direction, budget management, and performance analysis. You'll collaborate on channel-specific assets, test emerging platforms, and ensure ads deliver against key benchmarks to fuel user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This position demands a data-savvy leader with a proven track record in e-commerce or on-demand environments, where paid media directly influences business outcomes like ROI, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of paid media strategy and results, working hands-on with agencies and partners rather than managing an in-house team. Come join us and help scale a fast-growing, high profile industry disruptor! Responsibilities: Manage external agencies, including oversight of day-to-day ad execution, performance reporting, and alignment with business goals to ensure efficient and effective campaign delivery. Lead creative content briefing processes and build/maintain a network of creative partners to produce high-performing ad assets tailored to various channels. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, product, etc.) to create and optimise channel-specific landing pages that enhance ad performance and user conversion. Oversee budget pacing, allocation, and management across paid channels, ensuring spend aligns with ROI targets and adapts to real-time performance data. Conduct in-depth data analysis on campaign metrics (e.g.,CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions) to derive insights and inform strategic decisions. Identify and test new paid media platforms, ad formats, and tactics to expand reach and drive innovation in user acquisition. Optimise campaigns based on results, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and evolving business needs to maximise efficiency and revenue impact. Handle community management aspects of paid ads, including monitoring interactions, responding to comments/queries, and leveraging user feedback to refine targeting and messaging. Take full responsibility for ad delivery, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed set benchmarks for key performance indicators like lead generation, cost per acquisition, and overall return on ad spend. Requirements 5 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in e-commerce, on-demand platforms, or high-growth digital environments with direct revenue accountability. Proven expertise in managing paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar; experience with agency partnerships is essential. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Looker, or equivalent for data visualisation and performance tracking. Demonstrated success in scaling paid media campaigns, optimising for benchmarks, and driving measurable growth in leads, conversions, and ROI. Experience with creative briefing, A/B testing, audience targeting, and multi-channel optimisation in fast-paced settings. Familiarity with landing page development best practices and tools Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Knowledge of community management in paid social contexts and compliance with ad regulations (e.g., GDPR, platform policies).
