Job Overview
We are a well-established business in the double glazing and home improvement industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for an organised and motivated Office & Accounts Administrator to join our small, friendly team and support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out day-to-day accounts entry and data inputting
Chase customer payments and prepare/send statement runs
Organise and send customer completion packs
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
Monitor and respond to customer and supplier emails
Assist with organising paperwork for installation teams
Support the general day-to-day running of office tasks
Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team
Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or accounts role (essential)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & SAGE accounting software
Ability to work well in a small team environment
A proactive and flexible approach to varied office tasks
Ability to work off your own initiative
