Fulbridge Social Care requires staff teams for various shift patterns within elderly care homes and disability support settings.
We are recruiting both trainee and qualified candidates, offering full support, training including the Care Certificate, First Aid, Medication Administration, and opportunities to gain qualifications in this field.
Please note that you will need to complete an enhanced DBS check with Fulbridge Social Care and successfully pass one of our induction assessments before placements are offered.
We seek individuals who are confident, patient, and skilled to work successfully with our service users and positively impact their lives. In this role, you will support service users throughout the day with tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, cleaning, and shopping.
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Build strong professional relationships with service users and staff
2. Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users and staff
3. Keep up to date with communication and information systems
4. Attend and actively participate in meetings
5. Protect service users from abuse by staff, visitors, or other service users
6. Write accurate reports for reviews and maintain written records for monitoring
7. Attend work reliably and punctually, following a set shift pattern
8. Stay informed about procedures and policy updates
9. Take responsible care for health and safety of yourself and others
10. Perform additional relevant duties as required
