A highly regarded Hampshire Law firm consistently ranked on the Legal 500 are seeking a new Employment Law Partner to join them as Head of Department.
You will join a highly successful employment team who are highly sought after and offer complex employer and employee advice.
Role
As an Employment Partner you will:
* Lead and manage complex employment law matters including HR and board advice, advising on redundancies, dismissals and discrimination matters and employee relation advice.
* Drive business development and strengthen client and referrer relationships.
* Provide strategic, commercially-focused advice across a range of sectors.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless client service.
* Mentor and develop senior associates and other team members to support growth and excellence.
* Play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the employment law practice and the wider firm.
Candidate profile
* Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience (typically 8+ years PQE) in employment law.
* Existing Partner, Legal Director, or ambitious Senior Associate ready for partnership.
* Strong technical expertise combined with commercial insight and leadership skills.
* Proven ability to develop business and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
