Your new role As the Site Manager, you will take full ownership of projects on site, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery from pre-start to handover. You will coordinate all trades and subcontractors, manage the construction programme, oversee H&S compliance, and maintain exceptional client communication throughout the project life cycle. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the company's renowned quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day site operations on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects Leading subcontractors, trades and suppliers to meet programme milestones Carrying out toolbox talks, inductions and regular health & safety checks Reviewing drawings, specifications and design details to ensure accuracy on site Providing progress updates and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring a clean, organised and safe working environment at all times What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you should have: Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out, interiors or construction Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and site compliance standards Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules and technical information A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple project elements Valid CSR/SMSTS or equivalent site management certification A clean driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites across NI/UK when required What you'll get in return You will join a respected and forward-thinking company that values its people and promotes career development.
