* Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 per year (depending on experience).

Your Role (What you'll be doing) As the Lead Technician in our Wembley facility, you will "run the show" by:
* Workshop Ownership: Taking full responsibility for servicing, mechanical repairs, and maintenance.
* Diagnostics: Using modern software to identify and rectify complex mechanical and electronic issues.
* Quality Control: Ensuring every job meets a "right first time" standard with detailed health checks.
* Precision Repairs: Resolving faults across engine, chassis, and braking systems.
* Management: Keeping your workspace professional, clean, and highly organized.
What You Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance is preferred.
* Experience: Extensive workshop experience; you must be comfortable working as the only technician on-site.
* Technical Skill: Advanced confidence using diagnostic tools and modern vehicle systems.
* Compliance: A full UK driving license is essential.
* Mindset: Self-motivated, organized, and a quality-focused approach to workmanship.
