Role Overview: The Snr. Marketing and Communications Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver and execute marketing strategies. This is a hands-on, varied role covering content creation, campaign delivery and market research which enhances brand visibility, and strengthens the market position. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening market presence, shaping how the business is positioned externally while also supporting employee engagement through internal communications and employer branding activity. It provides leadership, direction, and training to the marketing team while owning social media strategy, content planning, creation, approval, and performance reporting. The role drives audience growth through data-led, platform-specific content, monitors analytics, competitors, and emerging trends, and uses insights to continuously improve digital communications. Working cross-functionally across departments and regions, it translates business activity into clear, compelling internal and external communications, supports employer branding and recruitment, provides guidance on presentations and bids, contributes to wider group marketing initiatives and events, and acts as the central point of contact for digital communications support and best practice.
