We are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a well known clothing retailer in Hemel Hempstead HP2 7GH with good transport links, onsite parking,and guaranteed work until the end of January 2026!!
Hours & Shifts:Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (0830-1700)
Pay Rate: £14.94 per hour
As Transport Administrator you will be working in a clean, bright and modern warehouse/ office environment undertaking any of the following duties:
* Completing service documents
* Updating the fleet planner
* Scheduling vehicle services
* Maintaining 15 months of vehicle documentation
* Liaising with external vendors
* Updating defect records
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
* Previous experience in an Administrator role or similar
* IT Literate with good knowledge of Excel and Google spreadsheets would be useful
* Ability to work in a targeted environment
* Excellent attention to detail
