Role Summary
* This post will be responsible for the day-to-day management of medical staffing rotas.
* This post will ensure excellent planning, negotiating, and organization to provide adequate staffing cover, including staff with external contractual commitments.
* This post will provide high-quality personal assistance to the management team, including administrative support in their absence, working independently.

* Support medical staffing recruitment processes.
* Assist in processing invoicing for department needs.
* Ensure additional claim forms are processed and maintain key working relationships with Payroll department.
* Oversee sickness monitoring in coordination with the senior clinical and management team.
