Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Roofer to join our Flat Roofing, Tiled and Home Extension installations team. As a Roofer at The Converters Group, you will play a pivotal role in the installation and fitting of our high-quality home improvement roofing products, ensuring precision, quality craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute precise measurements, cutting, shaping, and installation of our home improvement and roofing products On our flat roofing, conservatory roofs and home extensions.
* Apply expert roofing skills to produce high-quality workmanship in line with company standards and customer requirements.
* Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance product quality and installation processes.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Roofer, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
* Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
* Skilled in using a variety of roofing tools and equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.
* Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
* Valid driver's license is preferred.
