About This Role
Please note that this position is located in London (3 days a week at our London office and 2 days working from home).
2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year at Just Eat Takeaway.com with the launch of our paid loyalty membership program, JET+ (Just Eat+). We aim to make JET+ the most valuable and attractive membership in everyday convenience, offering unrivaled value, seamless experiences, and exclusive benefits.
In this key product leadership role, you will craft the product strategy and roadmap to acquire, engage, and retain new paid loyalty program members while expanding our loyalty ecosystem. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams across the organization, influencing at all levels and managing key initiatives from start to finish.
The Loyalty team is part of the Ventures pillar in Product & Tech, a group that is efficient, collaborative, and focused on tackling the company’s biggest strategic opportunities to disrupt the industry.
Your Key Ingredients for Success:
* Define & Drive Loyalty Product Strategies: Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for high-priority Loyalty initiatives that fuel our vision.
* Lead Product Lifecycle Execution: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market, ensuring efficient delivery of high-priority initiatives.
* Champion User & Data-Centricity: Understand customer needs through qualitative and quantitative insights for informed decision-making.
* Inspire & Influence: Communicate vision and strategy effectively, influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
* Cultivate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage and align with diverse internal stakeholders across various teams.
* Ensure Technical Excellence & Scalability: Partner with engineering to ensure technical viability and scalable solutions.
* Impact Analysis: Quantify the impact of initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and key KPIs.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
* Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across all levels.
* A self-starter attitude with high levels of ownership, thriving in fast-paced environments.
* Experience in coaching and mentoring other PMs is a plus.
* Familiarity with loyalty and customer engagement is welcome, but not mandatory.
* Comfort with collaboration and analytical tools like JIRA, Figma, Miro, and Tableau.
* Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
* Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams to drive scalable solutions.
