Are you looking to start a career within Supply Chain? We have an exciting opportunity for our established Client based in Gillingham to join them on a full time, permanent basis as a Supply Chain Administrator.
Duties include:
· Managing receipt of Customer orders
· Stock analysis
· Customer liaison
· Maintenance of business data
· Raising of Assembly orders, invoices and communication with Operations
· Assistance for stock taking and reconciliation
· General administrative support for Supply Chain Department
Education / Skills / Attributes:
· Ideally degree educated within Supply Chain (a similar discipline)
· Excellent MS Office skills, most notably Excel
· People and Organisational skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a results driven environment
· Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business
· Personable telephone manner
Working 8am – 5pm with an hour for lunch.
