Job Description
Field Repair Manager – Central Belt Scotland at Stannah – Join Our Team! Stannah is a proud leader of the global lift market, focused on keeping our products at the cutting edge of safety and innovation. As part of the management team within the Glasgow branch, you will drive operational excellence and exceed business goals. The role involves leading a team of Lift Engineers and subcontractors to achieve Business Plan targets for major plan fulfilment, covering modernisation and new installations from platform lifts to passenger and goods lifts. You will shape and inspire your team, ensuring exceptional service aligned with company values and Health & Safety standards.
Field Repair Manager Responsibilities
* Efficiently plan engineer workloads, including the allocation of repair works.
* Maintain a portfolio.
* Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
* Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures, conduct risk assessments and method statements.
* Carry out regular site monitoring.
* Maintain relationships with customers, addressing queries and complaints.
Qualifications
* Previous experience within the lift industry or a similar service industry with transferable skills.
* Relevant management qualifications desirable.
* Qualified to a minimum NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:45 and Friday 08:00-15:45.
Travel throughout Warrington is expected. A full UK driving licence is essential.
